To expedite your check-in process, we need to receive your registration form prior to your procedure date. If not received, the Pre-Registration Department will be contacting you prior to your date of service.

PRO Medical Surgery Center is Medicare and Medicaid certified and is a provider for most of the local area health insurance organizations. We offer fully-equipped operating suites and recovery rooms in a warm environment.
